Our Mission

Unlocking the Power of Empathy & Art

At ProAct, we believe that theater is not merely an art form for the stage, but an active, transformative tool for social development, communication, and confidence building.

The Art of Acting

Blending performance arts, drama pedagogy, and social therapy to connect with every student.

Who We Are & What Drives Us

Our work focuses on integrating theatrical education, drama therapy, and active preventative workshops in elementary schools. The original PROACT cyberbullying and peer hate prevention program was created as a direct response to the emotional challenges faced by young school-aged children today.

Through our interactive play "School Day" and subsequent classroom workshops, we allow students to step into others' shoes, experience the consequences of social exclusion firsthand, and collaboratively develop techniques for peer support and assertive communication.

Drama Method

Learning through active experience and embodying social roles in a safe environment.

Empathy Cultivation

Guiding students to read emotions, build compassion, and stand up for their peers.

What Do We Teach During Our Workshops?

Responsibility for Words

We make children aware of the incredible impact of their words both in real life and online. We show how easily rumors propagate and target peers, helping them build a natural filter for respectful communication.

Responding to Peer Pressure

We empower students to act with integrity and confidently say "no" to unethical group behaviors. Through social skills exercises, they practice setting boundaries and learning how to properly alert school authorities and parents.
